How it works:
Private Live Consultation
If you want a personal consultation for a fee, send Danielle a list of your questions by e-mail and then book a session for the desired duration, as you deem necessary. You will recevive an estimate of the time it will take to discuss the topices presented, but you decide the length of the consultation(s). See the booking page for more details.
Following our reception of your questions and your booking, we will send you a choice of dates and times for the live consultation, usually in the following couple of days. This consultation is done by phone at the number you provide. If you wish to also use a webcam, we use Skype. At the end of the session, you can receive a summary (optional) with recommendations regarding the next steps. For a Web conference, you need to have Skype on your computer. This is a free service that works extremely well, and that allows you to use your computer as a phone to call regular phone numbers or other Skype numbers. Computer to computer calls cost nothing. e-Mail Questions
You can also send your e-mail questions. Depending on the question, you can receive an answer for free (in the FAQs or a webinar) or you may need to book a session for a fee. See the Send Us Your Questions page for details.
