Our world is becoming increasingly unpredictable, which brings in insecurity, followed by anxiety. Dealing with such situations is not easy. Having to consider a change of career is a golden opportunity to review several aspects in one's life. This life phase is sometimes accompanied by turmoil, for instance after loosing a job. We may wonder why it is happening to us and feel that we do not deserve this after having worked for so many years. Added to this is the fact that savings have shrunk tremendously and many people lost a lot of money in the last few months and years. All this can be very unsettling and discouraging. Conditions are difficult for many people, but discouragement is not the answer. Whatever the situation, there is always a solution. We cannot afford to give up and need to maintain a positive outlook while being realistic. How can we do that? |

| The answers are often close at hand and simple, but reaching them is not easy and not always natural. Personal Growth is many things: it is developing one's mind to the fullest, balancing our emotions, acquiring maturity and wisdom, and leading a successful business adroitly. It is important to realize that the changes happening in our society are major, and things may never come back to where they were before. (See what our Think Tank has to say about that...) In the meantime, here is an inspiring message for your day. It is vital to try to understand what these changes are and mean, and make adjustments that will allow us to go through the crisis and come out on the winning side. We are going through tough times... What exactly is going on? The answer is: many things. Personal growth includes many things: wealth and material comfort, health and healing, mind development, attaining a life balance, making lifestyle adjustments, the environment... Each of these areas is intertwined with the others, thus making our immediate environment increasingly complex to manage. But that is not all. Our world is currently undergoing tremendous changes. The energy is changing and we are starting an important transition that requires us to evolve and bring our thoughts to a higher level. I it is practically impossible not to have to make some adjustments , one way or another, in several aspects of our lives. And this is especially true when you are considering a career change, following the loss of a job. However, to understand what is going on, you do not need to pay hundreds and thousands of dollars for some obscure seminars. A disturbing trend that has been increasing recently is the various offers to reveal the "secret behind the secret" for attaining wealth, as well as "get rich quick" recipes, that you can have for around $100 to sometimes tends of thousands of dollars. The good news is: you can learn to do this for FREE on your own! Provided that you have the patience and determination, you don't have to pay anything. This is what I did personally because I have been in very difficult situations before. Been there, done that, have the T-shirt! However, if you need a little help and coaching, it is available too.
