What is a white papers?

According to Wikipedia, "since the early 1990s, the term "white paper" has come to refer to documents used by businesses as a marketing or sales tool. For example, many white papers today reveal the benefits of particular technologies and products."

The current white papers available here pertain to e-Learning. They have been published by Danielle and are still today widely distributed all over the Internet.
